Winner of the "Green Asset of the Year" award at the Iberian Property Awards, the project exemplifies excellence in sustainable design. It has also achieved LEED & WELL Platinum Certification, reinforcing its commitment to environmental responsibility and human well-being.

Designed as a dynamic and inviting space, the rooftop integrates native and adaptive vegetation with organic pathways, fostering both movement and pause. Inspired by natural forms, the landscape prioritizes sustainability through native species, rainwater reuse, and drought-resistant planting.

Oriente Green Campus is set to redefine modern work environments, offering green spaces and contemporary amenities tailored to evolving corporate needs. Lush greenery will soon surround walkways and outdoor workspaces, creating a relaxing atmosphere at every turn.

Spanning 3.7 hectares across four landscaped floors, the campus will feature diverse spaces for work and leisure, including an events plaza, co-working hubs, outdoor dining areas, relaxation zones, sky gardens, and panoramic viewpoints. A skywalk will offer breathtaking views of Lisbon, while bubble-seat gathering areas and outdoor workshops enhance the experience, making the campus a true urban retreat.
